2. 常规污泥脱水要加絮凝剂,加药絮凝效果好的污泥容易处理。处理出来的污泥含水量较低(75%左右)
3. 污泥脱水一般采用高效阳离子絮凝剂,但对于采用阳离子絮凝剂效果不佳的污水,可以采用碱式氯化铝(PAC)+阴离子絮凝剂.
4. 造纸厂和酒精厂污泥黏度低,纤维素含量高,同时絮凝效果好,处理量比较大。
5. 对于生活污水而言,初沉池污泥黏度低,加药絮凝效果好,容易处理。生化污泥属于比较黏的,处理量不如初沉池,且处理出来的污泥含水量较高(83%左右)
6. 生化污泥如果很长时间不处理,由于自身厌氧发酵,黏度更高且絮凝效果更差。
7. 电厂的粉煤灰容易处理,因为粉煤灰极易絮凝,且比重大,所以处理含水率低。
8. 氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝等金属类胶体废水用带机处理效果不太好。
9. 含油、油漆、汽车表面处理等污水用其它脱水机效果不好,用立毛纤维带机效果较好,因为污泥和滤带分离容易。
